Dual RFID reader with keypad in MTM design
Dual RFID reader with capacitive backlit keypad WREP 82 MTM (SET), in silver steel design.
Suitable for outdoor entrances where a full intercom panel is not required and a keypad is needed – for example, for short-term accommodation guests and access chips for service staff.
The reader features a configurable WIEGAND data output and is designed for connection to control modules and door controllers MWGD 46 and MWGD 82 of the APS mini Plus system, or NWGD 46 and NWGD 82 of the APS 400 system. It operates at 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz. In addition to the backlit capacitive keypad, it is capable of reading 125 kHz ID media such as EM Marin or Jablotron, as well as 13.56 MHz media (ISO 14443, Type A), such as MIFARE Classic®, MIFARE Plus®, MIFARE® DESFire®, and NFC.
The reader includes an output for door lock control, a proximity sensor, and an ambient light sensor that automatically adjusts the backlight brightness. It can be configured to enter sleep mode to save energy and wake up when a hand approaches. It does not include a tamper sensor.
