New modern family houses are located next to Botič – Milíčov natural park near the Průhonice – Čestlice business center. Mostly there are terraced houses, semi-detached houses, and also several individually standing villas. New housing development follows the family and flat housing already built and it is located next to the central park.

Simple APS mini Plus system consists of a reader integrated in a BPT entry panel and a communication converter for system configuration. The users and key fobs management is easily done by the housing association itself using APS HiT program.
