SW extension for guard tour monitoring
The program module APS Administrator.GT extends the access control system with guard tour duty system.
The program enables to select readers, which are used as checkpoints on the guard routes. By defining maximal transfer time between individual checkpoints on the route and subsequent processing of real data the smooth run of entire system is secured. The program is run in a full-screen mode and cannot be minimized in case of any condition requiring operator's intervention. This feature forces the personnel to pay full attention to their duties.
All parameters of the guard tours are fully configurable, user can easily define:
- Guard tour checkpoints
- Shifting time between checkpoints
- Patrol routes
- Patrols schedule and performance modes
- Reader modules visualization
- Other system settings
The system must contain proper licenses for guard tour duty monitoring to meet the terms for this extending module use. In APS mini Plus system each reader, which is used as a checkpoint, must be equipped with a MGT license. In APS 400 system each system controller, which contains a reader, which is used as a checkpoint, must be equipped with a GT license.
